We offer delivery service via a third-party delivery partner to selected Klang Valley areas within a 20km radius from our location in LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Delivery fee is calculated from our location to your delivery address. Free delivery will apply automatically when you purchase RM100 and above in a single transaction.

In spite of the charismatic appeal of our ice creams, they can be somewhat vulnerable under the hot sun. To ensure we hand them to you in a good condition, our delivery coverage areas are therefore limited for now.

We will look into expanding our delivery coverage to serve more Matcha Eight patrons in the near future. If your area is not included, you may opt for self pick up. The option is available during check out.

 

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order including public holidays from 11.00am to 5.00pm.  

• Order received between 10am - 5pm will be delivered on the same day. (depends on customer availability)
• Order received between 5pm - 9.59am will be delivered the next day. (depends on customer availability)

Self Pick Up Schedule

Self pick up is available at LaLaport BBCC including public holidays from 10.00am to 10.00pm. The pick up schedule is the same as the delivery schedule (same day or next day). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to pick up. Please pick up your order at your chosen location within 14 calendar days.
